Gaming For a Cause
This weekend I am doing something a little foolish, a little sedentary, and hopefully wholly worthwhile. I will be participating in the Extra Life charity effort to raise as much money as possible to help fight pediatric cancer. Now I know I already might have emailed you, or you might have already seen my status, so forgive me if I am coming off as redundant. I am just really excited to do this. Here are some details!
What is it? Well It’s like a walk-a-thon in that I get sponsers. But instead of walking miles, I will be playing hours worth of games, 24 to be exact. Starting at 8 AM this Saturday morning, and lasting until 8 AM Sunday morning, I will be playing all manner of video games!
What do you want from me? Your support! It’s totally ok if you can’t be my sponsor, but feel free to log in and play a game or two with me, or just check up on me in the wee hours of the night.
How do we know you will be gaming the whole time? I will be online and available on at least 1 online gaming service throughout the day. Here are my usernames:
